I financed a car through this company. Long story short, it was totaled in February. Insurance paid all but $1000 on the deductible. GAP took a while to pay ( few weeks) they kept hounding me to make payments on a car they were going to get completely paid for by my insurance and gap. They used the excuse that gap might not pay if I wasn't current. They offered to set up a $100 dollar a month payment on the balance until gap paid what they owed. I paid my 1st hundred dollar payment the day we made the agreement. About 2 weeks later I see they reported to my credit a late payment of the $100 payment of 60 days. I called and they said I didn't sign and return the contract they sent. They never told me I would have to sign and contract on the phone. I checked my email and they sent it to me 5 days after our phone call. It has NO MESSAGE explaining that I was supposed to sign and return. Only an attachment that I can't only see if I school past any message written. There was no follow up call to ask why I didn't sign the new contract. There was nothing. This company has been the worst company to deal with. Even when it is their mistake they just do nothing. No apology, and no ownership of the mistakes made. Do not use this company. There is much more that happened with this company I will write in a separate review. I am also going to the Better Business Bureau as well!
