Feedback:

I'd give them negative stars if I could. The sales rep promised that we could cancel at any time with no penalties. That was a complete lie. When I contacted the rep about this he informed me that he no longer worked for the company in part because of their dishonest business practices. He has offered to help us out as much as he can but I'm not sure what good he can do now. We are being told that we are in a 48 month contract which I never would have knowingly agreed too. I have contacted the Colorado state attorney's general's office and the better business bureau. So far all I have gotten in response is that there have many complaints about Red Payments. I may be S.O.L. but hopefully other will read this and not make the mistake I did.
