Feedback:

I'd give them negative stars if I could. The sales rep promised that we could cancel at any time with no penalties. That was a complete lie. When I contacted the rep about this he informed me that he no longer worked for the company in part because of their dishonest business practices. He has offered to help us out as much as he can but I'm not sure what good he can do now. We are being told that we are in a 48 month contract which I never would have knowingly agreed too. I have contacted the Colorado state attorney's general's office and the better business bureau. So far all I have gotten in response is that there have many complaints about Red Payments. I may be S.O.L. but hopefully other will read this and not make the mistake I did.

AWFUL SERVICE. They almost never get back to you on the phone. Additionally, when calling to cancel after a 3 year contract we were told we are being dishonest when asked for the owner to come on the line (which he did). The loyalty department rep then hung up on us.

*******AMAZING COMPANY******* I read a lot of bad reviews saying the company is a lie and takes money from small businesses and I just don’t see it this will be my 3rd year in business with RedPayments and I couldn’t be more happy they were 100% honest and upfront about what they were going to do my lease is a fraction of what I was paying and honestly they are a huge reason I’m still in business I was losing so much money I didn’t even know about to my old processing company just in “other fees” and now I pay a flat monthly fee and have the most up to date equipment hassle free 24/7 support and a local rep! I love this company not only did they set all my pos system up before it even shipped but they also trained me and my employees on it ! Year ago some stuff fell and broke my clover pos I had the same system already set up overnighted for 100% FREE !!!!! Who else does that ?! These claims on here seem way off to me I know you can’t make everyone happy but I’m saving well over $13,000 a year just from RedPayments and I couldn’t be more grateful! My local rep stops in to check on me and also is just a phone call away if I need him I wish I could give the company 10/5 stars that’s how wonderful they have been to me and my business! I would recommend them to ANYONE whose doesn’t have them!

OMG dont sing up with this company !! is the worst customer service i had experience the will hang up the phone on you!, and will not help you at all!! they have send me my equipment wrong to times and gave me a different price every time and when i wanted to cancel the got rude! and have been charging my account when i havent used their service!!!
