Banked with them for years. Now only some and have moved business to another bank with better service. Their online banking is dated, customer service at the local branch varies depending on the person. On my most recent visit they had someone's private information, bank acct# and driver's license # displayed on one of the monitors. In clear view of all the other customers. I pointed out the clear security issue and they barely replied. Left it up. They have some long and varying holds they put on simple cashier's checks that my other bank doesn't have. When I asked why the long hold (5 days), the reply was 'it's policy" and then asked if I still wanted to deposit or go somewhere else.
