Feedback:

I am having a nightmare logging in to Control Scan to complete a questionnaire requiring compliance information. I entered the number and password and first time it worked. But I did not have time to complete the whole exercise.So when I went back in I was refused entry. I was emailed back the same user name, but the password didn't work and I have not been able to generate a response to my request for a new password.I cannot fill the required compliance information if I cannot get access.3. Now when I attempt to send a message via the Control Scan support online, the message function reads "ERROR for site owner:Invalid domain for site key" and without being able to enter the non-robotic reCaptcha I cannot even communicate with the support team via the Control Scan site!please advise.thanks,jenny
