Feedback:

I was a loyal member of a local hometown CU in another state (not WI) when a few years ago Connexus performed what I understood to be a hostile takeover of my local CU. I was forced to become a Connexus customer because I had an outstanding loan. Every experience with Connexus has been bad. Very Poor customer service and always have felt like a number...not a real customer. I have left and will never return!

I have done my banking with Connexus for over 20 years.They have also helped me with house, condo, and car loans.The employees have always been friendly and supportive. I always felt they worked for my needs. Many times I have expressed my appreciation to them. I hope the service continues to feel like the great hometown institution it is.

I hate Connexus. My credit is average. Always trying to improve it. I got stuck with two dealerships with Connexus. They will not lower my rate or work with me on lowering payments. I have not missed a payment in over 5 years. I don't wish my worst enemy on horrible Connexus. Stay away from them. They are evil!

I paid my loan off in full. I continued to have them not only try repeatedly to take more payments out, but received harrassment calls from them for my delinquent payments on the loan I PAID OFF MY LOAN IN FULL. THIS IS THE SHADIEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST, TERRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU CANNOT EVEN SEE YOUR OWN MONEY?? Was on the phone with Mchala, many times - what a waste of time, all she did was tell me how wrong I was. RUN FROM THIS OUTFIT, FAST!

Working with Cayla Pitts was the worst loan experience I have ever had ,her and her supervisor are incompetent,just wanted loan on preowned vehicles,and the just wanted to set it up as a mortgage to collect there 3 to 4 k in closing cost ,was just looking short term loan, wont be back.

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION!!!!I made a Rainsoft purchase of a water filter for my entire house and financed it through Aquafinance (FBO Connexus Credit Union) which is the only financial institution Rainsoft uses. Mind you I have an excellent credit score and this institution gave me a 6.9% which was absolutely great in order to make this purchase! Everyone that knows me, knows that I'm a very a grateful person, especially for the things that matter most in life. So going on to the little things that can tick you off.... this month they had the nerve to raise the interest at a 13.99% just because!! And it's not like you can decline. Never have I felt the abuse of an egocentric and selfish billion dollar industry. They get their monthly interest, but regardless how good your credit is, they still want more; and not just a little, but double! And Rainsoft uses them! So beware if making a purchase with Rainsoft, because this is what you'll be signing into. No Thank you Rainsoft, and NO thank you Aquafinance!!

We applied over the internet directly to this Lenders website on May 25th. We received one email (Automated) thanking us for the application the next day. I called on the 29th with them acknowledging me that they received the application and I would receive disclosures via Doc-U-Sign the next day. We did, signed them and sent them back. This was on May 31st. We have heard nothing from Connexus Credit Union since. When you call you can only leave a message, there is NEVER a live person to assist you. It is now June 6th and still no communication. How is this possible in the mortgage market we are currently in. I happen to be a veteran Mortgage Loan Officer and up to now, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered in 20 years!
