I have always found the staff helpful, especially the managers. Unfortunately the bank really isn't all that different from any other bank. They offer almost exactly the same interest as all banks, if you consider .002 percent anything worth reporting as a return on investment. They also don't like to offer loans that can't be secured without even a hint of risk. I had a 827 credit rating going in and that wasn't enough. I'm sick of the whole banking institution. I'll make more interest on my savings by putting it in a coffee can buried in the yard. At least in twenty years the aluminum can will be worth something.

I’m just wondering why no one is available to answer the phone. According to their websites, they are open until 5. However it’s 4:30 and the recording says they are closed???? Doesn’t make sense to me. Not to mention why don’t they list local phone numbers for each of their branches. I can’t make calls during the day, in fact I have tried in the past and still the same recording. Also their banking text get sent like hours if not a day later... I don’t feel like their system is up to date or that secure. Unless I’m checking my account every hour, I wouldn’t know if a big unauthorized purchase was made until the next day...

Terrible for buisness accounts The system and protocol at Connex is very antiquated they dictate how their members are to manage their accounts with many hidden fees and restrictions they are continually understaffed and often dismissive to the members ( very poor customer service ) I have been a member for 15 years and recently Sharon rudewiicz failed to express how and why a simple deposit transaction was not able to be processed this can create discord and stress for members when they are told they can’t make a deposit as account holding members into the buisness account It may behoove the management to hold a customer service seminar for Connex staff members on how to navigate around these kind of situations After so ting down with a account rep Barbie she was able to provide more clarity on this protocol Sadly I will have to look at other banking options going forward

If you're lookinglfor a loan, go to American Eagle. Connex is a terrible, terrible bank. Bad customer service. They nickle and dome you and charge you to make payments over the phone. Dealing with this bank has left me frustrated and lowered my credit score.
