Rude. Completely rude. I called to see if someone could come in for me and make the payment I needed to make through Western Union and she had an attitude and then when she thought the conversation was over she hung up on me. I also could hardly hear her. She sounded like she had me on speaker phone in an empty and echoing room. What if I was giving out information and she was on speaker phone? Unprofessional.
