Feedback:

I agree with the two other reviews for this particular location. I went there to cash a security deposit check around 7 pm on April 16th the lady at the counter seemed very unprofessional seemed like she was angry she didn't get her child support payment. or her boyfriend couldn't help her get her nails done. she was asking me "what kind of check is this? "what's the name of the company? etc etc then after typing on the computer a few minutes she says"we can't cash this check because we can't verify it" then she takes my check and my ID and photocopies them both and hands them back to me. I will NEVER go back to this location again, I used to go to the one on Brady street on the east side when i lived there, that black "woman" should be fired after that, treating me like I was a criminal. terrible!

Feedback:

I am here right now and although it is close to my home I usually am stuck waiting in a long line with only one person working here (just like now). I think it would go better if it was staffed properly because I really spend more time in line then the transactions I need to make. Plus the staff tells everyone's business because it echoes in the building. Privacy does not seem important 😐. When it's just me I am in and out...one of the few pros.

Rude. Completely rude. I called to see if someone could come in for me and make the payment I needed to make through Western Union and she had an attitude and then when she thought the conversation was over she hung up on me. I also could hardly hear her. She sounded like she had me on speaker phone in an empty and echoing room. What if I was giving out information and she was on speaker phone? Unprofessional.

Cant get ahold of someone on the phone. So they ask u to leave a message but the voice mail is full so it wont let u what kinda buisness is this.
