Onsite location transactions are good but the online and phone service is non existent. Making a loan payment or accessing your acct through their system is not possible. Basically you either have to goto their physical location or use the bill pay option from a different banking facility to make a payment. Put your info into the phone banking system to attempt retrieving account info after their online system fails you and it will tell you your acct is frozen. Then try to get a person on the phone and you will find out they are only available 4 days a week during limited hours. Very inconvenient banking institution
