Onsite location transactions are good but the online and phone service is non existent. Making a loan payment or accessing your acct through their system is not possible. Basically you either have to goto their physical location or use the bill pay option from a different banking facility to make a payment. Put your info into the phone banking system to attempt retrieving account info after their online system fails you and it will tell you your acct is frozen. Then try to get a person on the phone and you will find out they are only available 4 days a week during limited hours. Very inconvenient banking institution

Some staff are friendly and some can be a little short with you. I don't like how they don't have a direct number. I always have to call the main number and it takes forever to get to talk to someone who actually works at this branch.

Worst customer service ever. Tried to pay off an auto loan that was in my parents name since they signed the car over to me. They refused to release the lien off the car cause apparently a cashiers check from another credit union isn’t secured funds..I would give zero stars if I could. Such a waste of time seeing as I live an hour away.

As banks become less and less customer friendly, Credit Unions are providing more and more services. Community Alliance is one of the best; call Kathy Hoen to establish a banking relationship. Doing business with her is like doing business with George Bailey at the Bedford Falls Savings & Loan (from "It's a Wonderful Life.")
