What bad customer service! I witnessed some elderly couple being treated very very badly. The customer service person could hardly speak English, than had to get someone else who promptly snapped at the old people. When they complained she started calling for security!!!!!!! Ridiculous! Than it was my turn! No respect for the customer! Thank god this is NOT my regular branch.....thinking of changing to another bank if I can’t solve the issue with hopefully some nicer people at my regular bank. Maybe ‘ headquarter’ should have a bette look at who they employ!

Customer service has never been the strongest with the CBA, but this branch and the staff I dealt with are taking bad customer service to another level... so bad I had to post on Google! Thanks Google.

This place is a joke. Customer service is F!#@%ED you let me wait for 48 mins to tell me sorry sir you might have to come back later. Both coin depositing machines were broken and when i ask why cant i give it to the girl behind the desk. "Oh we dont have the machine" so the girls behind the desk cant count? Its a bank. I will be taking all my banking elsewhere

They are the only Commonwealth bank in the area and they close at 4pm and only operate on weekdays (they actually close the doors a little before that).Since this is a regional area getting to any other branches is oftentimes not possible, yet due to their operating hours it's extremely difficult to get there if you also work.Add to that the minimal staff (usually only one or two tellers) and the ridiculously long ques/wait time and it is almost impossible to get served before having to leave (and say goodbye to your lunch break too).As the only Comm bank in the area so they should be making some effort tolook after their customers, but they simply don't.I know a lot of people who have closed (or are closing) their accounts and moving to a community bank like The Bendigo because these guys clearly only care about their stockholders.

As a customer I came into your bank and asked for help to scan One Off Trade Document to send to Commsec.... The blonde girl that served seemed much more interested into talking to her collegue and I have only just found out that (3weeks later)it was either never sent or sent to the wrong address. This has left me in a very difficult position and I will never trust anyone in your branch with anything to do with my money again... What a disgrace of an institution you are!
