You cashier/teller accused one of our student interns of giving a fake check despite the fact that the check is signed by head of R Holding and President of CUCA. Our univeristy is working under the patronage of the Sheikh of Ajman. Before your teller accuses someone, I would like to address the branch manager to train their employees weel.. I have worked with HSBC before for 10 years. If I am the one to handle this situation, I will call the university who issued the check for verification purposes. I would not put the student intern on the spot by accusing her as a fraud in front of many people especially this Ramadan season and other normal days.
