Feedback:

The 3 times I've called their customer service line I got: an offer for a gift card if I give my credit card info to a 3rd party and no option to reach actual customer service, or "customer service" that claimed they couldn't help me without my full name, DoB, card info, and SSN who refused to help me if I didn't give them all of that info, and the third time I got a foreign call center worker that responded to my question about their broken website by describing website features that don't exist.

i wish i could put zero stars. Literally the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Year after year. they never fix anything, there are always issues, youll wait on hold for hours, only to keep getting tossed around from department to department. Only to hang up and never have anything resolved. no one ever gives you the same answer. Oh. and make sure to check your bill to. we have been charged double fees numerous times due to "system errors"

costumer service is terrible, they take a fee on every and any transaction, if you file a dispute they will not help you only tell you to call the merchant yourself, overall the worst experience i have ever gotten off a card.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have been trying to resolve a large number of fraudulent transactions on my account and no one has been able to assist me. They continuously tell me that there has been paperwork filed when I'm on the phone and then their fraud department tells me they've received nothing. This is a law suit waiting to happen.

This is by far the worst card company I have even encountered, they blocked my card and would not give me a reason, told me I could use my card in 24 hours once 24 hours went by I called again and was then told it would be 2 hours. Two hours passed and yet again my card was still not working so I called again and was told it would be an additional 24-48 hours. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Brian who stated he would give me a call back with an update the I never received, I had to call yet again to speak with another supervisor by the name of Jerry who left me on hold for 40, yes 40 minutes, then when I called corporate they transferred me back to customer service and I still do not have access to my funds nor have I gotten any clear answers, I have been highly inconvenienced and if I had the ability to leave zero stars I would. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I am so very sad my employer utilizes this business.

I deal with hundreds of vendors and COMDATA is by far the worst. They always try to slide sneaky fees onto their invoices and their customer service is very bad. We just changed to WEX and what a relief it has been.

I don’t even know how this people got Customer , worse customer service ever everything is a fee in here they charge you to put your own money into their system if you need it uploaded ASAP they want to steal $100 from your own money other wise they will take for ever to upload the money you send to this people , They think they are giving you a favor when all they do is work with customer money Customer they don’t value at all I send this jokes thousands of dollars a month and I ever ever can get any respect or a lest some customer service not even once also I think this is my first review ever to any business but am really tired of the way this company treats the customer if can find other options but here there is no respect or any customer service like other say worse than the worse cable company it is ashamed to own a business that treat the customer they way this Comdata poeple do and not EVEN CAREFor what others say the bad service is not something NEW you just don’t care DONT EXPeCt ANy GOOD service from this people all the big brokers have move theirs accounts to another payment method that is no condata BS

Comdata Fleet Cards- We had fraudulent charges from Texas on two of my fifteen cards...the other side of the country. Clearly Comdata was hacked. I submitted a request to have the charges removed four times and no one has a record of it. I did it by phone, website and email. Each time they say they have no record of the $1500 worth of charges. The customer service reps say they no control or access to the fraud dept other than opening a ticket and waiting 72 hours. They finally gave the number to call but said I shouldn't because they will take too long to pick up the phone. I set my speaker phone on and dialed. 35 minutes later i was disconnected. I'm back on the phone now and have been holding for another 25 minutes. Here comes the certified letter.

Can confirm what others are saying, unfortunately. Notice how the good reviews are from businesses who use comdata to pay employees. Attention other businesses: stop giving people pay cards!A comdata card was literally forced upon me to receive pay and I haven't been able to get my cash in about a month. They even bounced a check when I tried and cost me a 12 dollar fee. Ask their customer support if they are even employed by comdata. Comdata outsources customer support to India so they don't have to worry about the constant calls about their horrible business model (make you wait so long you have to use the paycard and therefor incur fees). Obviously this business model only works if the person is low income and can't afford to wait "2 weeks MINIMUM. It MAY take longer".This business model targets low income individuals who are forced to accept a paycard by their low paying employer. The employer saves a bit of paperwork for themselves and doesn't even realize or care about the burden placed upon the employee.That is disgusting. I can't believe my former employer actually does business with this scam of a company. I can't believe any business would. Get your salary on a paycard and see how you like it!EDIT: I recently learned that scumbag companies like this actually pay your employer to use their services. COMDATA PAYS FOR THE CHANCE TO TRAP YOU IN FEES! Im sickened that this unethical practice is still legal.
