Definitely a 5 star rate, teacher's is always my go to place for everything. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. If I have a question or an approval on anything the staff works on it as soon as I tell them. The office itself did a complete turn around for the better. Satisfied customer!! -Clarissa

Horrible service. Applied a week ago and application wasn't processed until Tuesday because I called. I've also haven't got a call back and when I do call they're "busy". Waste of time.

Very unprofessional staff. It will be better if they send the whole staff to... How to be a Banker/Teller school. For starters a professional dress code needs to be in-forced . Second the atmosphere needs to be bank atmosphere not fast food. Ever time I go in there it smells like food. Another thing is the inconvenience of having to get down every time due to no drive thru got old really fast, If I was rich I wouldn't mind the ATM fees, but I'm middle class so I'd like to avoid as many ATM fees as possible to say the least. Lastly I'd like to add that the way the phone is being answered can also use some practice, Rebecca needs to be taken off of teller and back in training there has yet been a time where I call and ask her a question where she uses the other lady as her life line, if you're having trouble do some homework. To sum it all up I have to rate Coastal Community & Teachers credit Union (Alice Branch) 1 star so I've decided to close my account to bad the Corpus Branch has to take some of this heat because they are always on the ball.
