Client Review on ClearPay Financial Solutions, LLC

Feedback:

Our company had a glitch thru the virtual terminal Clear Pay set us up with called World Pay. They did an update to their site and sent transactions for a full 24 hours into disarray meaning we didn't receive 3,000 dollars in deposits for 2 weeks. World Pay was an utter joke in trying to help resolve this matter. I will admit the first few times I called ClearPay as well their employees were not helpful and didn't care at all about our issues. I was finally able to get in contact with Jim at ClearPay he is possibly the owner or President etc. I spoke to him Friday at about 3:30 pm and by Monday evening he had resolved all these disputed deposits and actually cared about helping us. If anyone ever has an issue such as this reach out to Jim he will make sure everything is taken care of. We were about to leave ClearPay with how the lower level employees didn't seem to care about our issues but I think ClearPay will rectify that as soon as possible. We have been with them for 2 years now and this is the only issue we have had with them and well this problem was stressful it was not ClearPay's fault in anyway it was WorldPay's updates that affected thousands of customers.
