This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with my husband has banked there for over 20 years and someone hit our account threw PayPal for a very large sum which they basically said either we do their job and investigate with PayPal or take a loan out to cover the costs either way They basically said that we are responsible for fraudulent charges, y'all that bank with them read your agreements because they offer zero fraud protection (however they have been hit multiple times by hackers)!! Then we took a loan to cover the fraudulent charges and the second we took the loan out they closed his checking saying his checking rights were suspended because his account was overdrawn by to much money so he can reopen with them in six months!! Umm absolutely not ever going to happen! Won't ever ever bank with them again!! They def aren't there for anyone but themselves and they def don't care about or protect you identity or money! I can't believe they are even still open!! I work as a Sr accountant on multiple billion dollar accounts and work with a ton of financial institutions and Clackamas Federal is by far the worst one out there! So do yourself a favor pick a different credit union one that will help build your credit profile not destroy it!
