Client Review on Clackamas Community Federal Credit Union

We approved CFCU as our auto lender. What a mistake! After submitting our auto insurance policy twice to prove coverage etc.. CFCU added a 3rd party insurance charge of $5800 to our loan. ZERO customer service in the insurance dept. No phone calls, NOTHING! All Emails I sent were responded with "Robotic automated responses". Now because of CFCU's lack of service I am having to spend far too much time proving the obvious...My Liberty Mutual Insurance policy..which we have had for 20+ years and had on day 1 after our auto policy. I would pass on this lender, they are very poor on communication. Most of my reviews are 5 star. Run from this lender! 07/23 update:Because original auto documents had an incorrect VIN# on them from Toyota (they did a dealer trade). CFCU purchased 3rd party insurance and added $5800 to my loan without even a phone call to solve such a simple fix. My own insurance was always in place regardless. It is all corrected now, but this is sheer lazy-ness. Fixed, you be the judge.
