Waiting 2 weeks for my money to return to me still not here. All because NI number was not on the reference. They decided to change how deposits are accepted . When followed up there was a fiery female creature who lacked manners on the telephone.

Feedback:

Always had great service from Citysave whether by phone, in person or via the internet. They provide a much needed service for those people on low incomes by helping them to save. Credit Unions also help keep people away from unscrupulous moneylenders (loan sharks). Long may they be around.

Been a member of Citysave for nearly 10 years. Have to say they have changed my life for the better. Its so vital we have a successful thriving Credit Union in Birmingham. Really impressed with all the online services they offer now, over the past few years they have advanced into the 21st century. All the best Sue Young

Very frustrating experience! Very complicated and long process to withdraw my money. I have sent my bank details (mandate) to City Save by post on two occasions. City Save keep informing me that they have not received my details and they are currently experiencing problems with Royal Mail. They will not allow me to withdraw money until they receive details of the account that I wish for the money to be transferred to.I have suggested that I could send the completed mandate and my bank statements by email (so that they transfer money into my personal account). I have been informed that they cannot accept my bank details by email. I will now have to post my bank statements to City Save for the 3rd time, in the hope that they will receive them. I cannot understand why I keep receiving the same excuse ' we are experiencing problems with Royal Mail'.Will be closing my account down as soon as I receive my money!!

The most frustrating experience I have ever had. I have been a member for the better part of a decade and I have never been able to access their online services. I have been repeatedly told to re-register and I am always back where I began. Recently, I was sent a link to register and when I tried i kept getting a message that my details can't be validated. I can't beleve it, i save with them but I am increasingly feeling I am throwing my money down a pit because it is near impossible to do any transaction with them. I pray that the relevant authorities see this review and become aware of the frustration their members have to go through to do business with them.

Had loans before with citysave, payments go straight to them out of my child benefit so I have never missed a payment. All of a sudden I can no longer have loads of them. It's a joke. No longer want to help you.
