This place needs to employ some trained bankers it is terrible and the staff are incompetent and rude. They put my cash onto someone else’s card because the woman couldn’t spell my name she wrote the wrong birthdate down even though I told her the spelling of my name 6 times and slowly used the forces alpha bravo delta alphabet to spell my name a couple of times she eventually repeated my name properly then wrote it differently to I told her . I lost £500 they blamed me because I didn’t go in in person after saying I was lying and blaming me for her mistakes. She wasn’t sacked and still is doing stupid mistakes. The worst business I have had the biggest nightmare here.
