Have been using credit union for many years, they always try to do there best for me, and sometimes they may be engaged but that's because their so busy helping others, people need to have more patience, these guys work really hard, and considering most of the staff are voluntary I think they do a great job.

Hi my name is jaymian, the cpcu supports terrorism they steal 30% of my monthly esa to buy costa and ice cream, i have seen monkeys handle finances better, so if u wish these monkeys to treat u like a banana please come on down to cpcu ^_^. Love jaymain xx

This place needs to employ some trained bankers it is terrible and the staff are incompetent and rude. They put my cash onto someone else’s card because the woman couldn’t spell my name she wrote the wrong birthdate down even though I told her the spelling of my name 6 times and slowly used the forces alpha bravo delta alphabet to spell my name a couple of times she eventually repeated my name properly then wrote it differently to I told her . I lost £500 they blamed me because I didn’t go in in person after saying I was lying and blaming me for her mistakes. She wasn’t sacked and still is doing stupid mistakes. The worst business I have had the biggest nightmare here.

I have had an account with CPCU for 4 years now, everyone on the phones and at collection points are really helpful; the phones can get busy but I always manage to get through eventually.

Always bad at answering their phones, once had too ring 4 times every hour until I got an answer.
