Wow so you can tell which of these are fake reviews. We took a loan out after I was ill and had a new baby and bills piling up. They say they will work with you- they won't- they like to decide when to randomly turn your car off to hold you hostage for payment. After making a payment and being a little behind we made arrangements- well they came to the hospital I worked at and towed my vehicle with no notice- I worked graveyard- so yeah that was fun. The day I payed these lying scum suckers off was like the best day of my life. I'm telling you don't take a loan with them- they mKe the cash easy to get for a reason! Oh and "customer service"? HAHA NO such thing.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.NOT ONLY RUDE BUT DISRESPECTFUL BEYOND BELIEF.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.THEY DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS FROM A BUSINESS.THEY DO NOT ACCEPT BANK CHECK PAYMENTS FROM A BUSINESSTHEY DO NOT ACCEPT AUTOMATIC WITHDRAW PAYMENTS.NONE OF THIS WAS THE CASE WHEN I FIRST TOOK OUT MY LOAN.ALL OF THESE CHANGES OCCURRED AFTER. NOW I AM FORCED TO DRIVE 50 MILES TO THE NEAREST TOWN TO GO TO A WELLS FARGO BANK JUST TO MAKE A PAYMENT.ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A LENDING AGENCY AND WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. RATHER DEAL WITH THE IRS THEN CITY LOAN.

I appreciated all the help I received from the personnel. They were friendly and professional. There was a lot of paperwork and I thought that the number of personal references was a little much. I also thought that having two sets of pictures taken of my car, one set from me, one set from the notary was a little disturbing. It made me feel as if I wasn't to be trusted, but I had to remind myself of the things people do to cheat the system and that made it okay. I'm not sure I appreciated the notary, however. My husband gave her the title when we were outside. Once she finished with the pictures we went into the business to finish the paperwork. She unknowingly dropped the title on the ground so when it was time to give her the title, she said we had it. She said she had given it back to my husband outside, but that wasn't the case. My husband is one of those who notices everything and can walk you through what happened a day ago without missing a second. He had to go out and find the title which he did, on the ground with tire marks on the envelop where a car had run over it. We are lucky that someone didn't see it and take it. Where we were at have a lot of unsavory people running around.

Never ever take a loan from these folks, Did 2 of them, ended up in a worst spot than when I took the loan. Bad idea, your better off to stay broke. Especially an employee named Mannie.. The guy was sickly rude! Hope he is fired by now

WORST WORST WORST COMPANY DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!I hate this horrible Company worst customer service so rude !!! Of Course first they help you out as much and treat you nice when trying to get a loan, but when trying to pay it off they just add and add more interest, my car dealer company was trying to pay loan and they made up an excuse as an that dealer had to submit a 10 day pay off ! how the HECK CAN 700$ be added to my loan in less then a10days interest and late fees dont add up to 700 $ this company is such a rip off!! there has not been one person that has explained to why my loan went up 700$ in less than 10 days. of course i will never recommend this company .

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I have now paid for my loan twice deposited to their wells fargo account. I have paid a total of 11,224.28 in deposits to their accounts paying off my original loan amount of 4300.00 not including what I paid to them over the two years I have my loan with them at 416.00 a month I have faxed and sent them the poof of the pay off deposit amounts that they requested , they filed against my vehicle at DMV with out me signing documentation. After paying my loan in full twice I was advised they do not send a lien release form to me once the loan is paid off, I have to drive to long Beach to get it in their office. I live in Sacramento. Save you time and headache their company should be prosecuted for racketeering and illegal activity. So again I have my loan paid in full and they still as lien holder on my title and I have not received my title back from them. Don't even get me started on their employees phone etiquette. I have inquired on legal action against the company and the individual agent I was dealing with as numerous times I asked to speak to his supervisor he refused stating he was the boss the owner of fact and there was no one above him.

Look up and read about the class action lawsuit filed against them if i coukd give this compay and negative star rating I would -☆ not star worthy

This company says they will do anything to work with you....IT'S ALL LIES. Try to avoid this place as much as possible. They will call you home, cell phone, and you jobs repeated if you are a few days late. I plan to report them to the Fair Credit Report Agency and the Better Business Bureau for voliating the collection practices and making threats.RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
