The mortgage process can be very stressful, complex and frustrating but Nadia walked us through the process. She explained things to us clearly, and many times, re-explained things so we understood exactly what was needed, when and why. We couldn't be happier with Chief Financial, especially working with Nadia Luchtman. She is smart, responsive, extremely knowledgeable (really really smart) and a pleasure to work with.
