When I purchased a recreational vehicle I used Chief Financial Credit Union to finance this purchase. Chief Financial was very easy and most accommodating to me. I made payments through their online payment system with ease. If I had any questions I was able to do an online chat with Chevon who answered all my concerns. Thanks Chevon and Chief Financial Credit Union.

We worked with Nadia Luchtman who went above and beyond our expectations. She did not stop working with us and for us until we signd on the dotted line. The mortgage process can be very stressful, complex and frustrating but Nadia walked us through the process. She explained things to us clearly, and many times, re-explained things so we understood exactly what was needed, when and why. We couldn't be happier with Chief Financial, especially working with Nadia Luchtman. She is smart, responsive, extremely knowledgeable (really really smart) and a pleasure to work with. The end result is we got the condo!! We love it!! Couldn't have done it without Chief Financial and Nadia Luchtman.

I'm not a member of this credit union. I work for Conrail and I was surching online for a good institution to apply for a loan to help my grandchildren's mother. As I read the reviews for this credit union I became super impressed with the way the owner takes his/her time to respond to each review. Where there's good leadership, goodness in employees follow! Awesome Chief Financial!!!
