Amazingly awful tech support. My customer (e-commerce website owner) can't get API access from Chase Paymentech for more than 3 weeks, loosing tons of orders at the hot christmas sales season. Tech support keep answering idiotic answers like "I thought that I had emailed you this information" or "we need to run deep checkup of your website before connecting you in" ut fail to provide us with actual merchant access keys.
