Closed my business after 4 years. Sent back the terminal. Apparently I didn’t close my account properly... Or I did and someone at their end made a mistake. So Chase kept taking service fees out of my small businesss account for 30 months without providing me with any service. Didn’t realize what was going on until my bank notified me I was in overdraft. Spoke to a supervisor at Chase and the best he could do was reimburse me for 10 out of the 30 months and he acted like he was doing me a huge favour. Absolutely ridiculous...
