Unbelievable customer service - and not in a good unbelievable way. Started out great but they have completely dropped the ball lately. No return phone calls, the supervisor I just spoke with (who then called himself a “manager”, likely dodging me speaking to an actual manager...) was totally lackadaisical about the situation. His response when I suggested that I would be switching companies was “ok. I will send you a termination form”.... THAT’S what they think of their customers... they’ve been holding our funds for almost a week because of some sort of “funding technical issue” ... not cool.
