No need to try and contact them etc during business hours as I was able to apply and complete my applications online/via email at a time that suited me. I hadn't finished paying my first loan back when I needed cash for another purpose within 2 days. The team was able to help me with another loan to pay out my first loan and provide me with the extra cash I needed within 24 hours.
