I very disappointed that they didn't help me for loan and I have read other people comment How happy they are with their loan Very disappointed that I can't pay out all my bills and just pay this loan off in 3 years Now I very stressing and worry no one will help dislility support pension at all

Nothing pisses me off the most when a loan company takes 3 days for an answer. I had to ring them twice to follow up. Some guy name nick was just trying to waste my time with excuses like 'oh do you have a car'. It is clearly noted on the application that I don't. Then he says things like ' that's all I needed to know'. I'm thinking so why the hell didn't you call me. Dumb ass. Anyways on the 3rd day after I lodged my application. They declined me. Wow. It took that long for them to say that. How unprofessional and how pathetic.especially coming from a company that is rated a 5star. What happened. Did they get cocky and decided to down grade. So annoyed. Not because they said no but because of the lack communication. Champion loans you dissapoint me. Customer service skills lack big time.thanks for nothing.

I would recommend Champion Loans to anyone looking for a loan. I have been with them for sometime now. Absolutely fantasic people to work with. No need to try and contact them etc during business hours as I was able to apply and complete my applications online/via email at a time that suited me. I hadn't finished paying my first loan back when I needed cash for another purpose within 2 days. The team was able to help me with another loan to pay out my first loan and provide me with the extra cash I needed within 24 hours. Flexible payment arrangements and always willing to help where they can. Keep up the great work guys and I can't wait to do my next loan with you!
