Very poor customer service I applied for an auto loan was never gotten back to. When I called after 2 weeks Mireille Bones was like ohh yeah and then tried to hit me with a 12 percent loan when my credit score is in good to great condition...worst bank ever. do not try to finance anything through them they will make you pay for it. I recommend dcu or lcu they can really help. Than I received a call from Christine Baits today to try an resolve the issue she was unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. Wish I could give 0 stars
