Because her firm was a relatively small firm, their service was very efficient and personalized. I felt I got full attention from them and my business was important to them.Carmella was very customer centric and hard working. She responded my email or phone at night and weekly. She brought in expert from her firm when I had questions. She really made the whole loan experience hassle free. Overall I was very pleased with her and definitely will do business with her again.
