I really enjoyed working with Carmella on a mortgage application of an investment property. First of all, her firm offered a very competitive rate. Because her firm was a relatively small firm, their service was very efficient and personalized. I felt I got full attention from them and my business was important to them.Carmella was very customer centric and hard working. She responded my email or phone at night and weekly. She brought in expert from her firm when I had questions. She really made the whole loan experience hassle free. Overall I was very pleased with her and definitely will do business with her again.

Horrible ecperience. Felt like a bait and switch scheme....had us by the balls. Communication was void...empty promises to drop the bomb in the 12th hour. Cost me more money to close due to their inefficiency in not doing their paperwork right the 1st 3 times! Would not recommend to a slug.

They really work for you and make sure you close your mortgage when you want and the process is so easy and streamlined online so you can exchange documents and notifications real time. If you are in the South Jersey area, we would highly recommend having mortgage loan officer Elena with Centennial Lending Group (office in Ocean City, NJ) for your next mortgage purchase or refinance. Elena has been our MLO for 2 mortgage purchases and 1 refinance (1st mortgage with another company). Elena always demonstrates professionalism and she keeps awesome communication. The process of each mortgage ran very smoothly, because she consistently makes sure all documents are to her and processed in a timely manner. An added bonus to having Elena as an MLO is that she has such care and vibrance; She makes you feel as though you are family. Thanks a ton Elena and the whole team!!!
