Client Review on Cenlar FSB


Like a lot of people, I was terribly disappointed and a little nervous when my loan servicer transferred my loan to CENLAR. One look at the reviews and I was on the phone seeing how I could get out of this situation. It's been since May 2017 for me and I've not had one problem. I pay my mortgage a few days early every month, so that could be why I've never heard a peep from them. They updated their online payment system this month, it's fine but I thought the previous version was fine too. At this point, I would be disappointed if my mortgage were transferred again. This company has been 100% okay. If you're nervous like I was, just pay on time I would bet you'll be satisfied. Jenn 11/28/17
