They deserve to be ranked a 0 because the customer service at this bank is HORRIFIC!! It has taken me 2 1/2 months to go through a loan modification because they can't keep track of email submissions. I called the main office in Ewing, NJ and the person who answered the phone said "We don't usually talk to our customers face-to-face?"Are they serious with this?
