If you are taking your infant child out very late at night to see a doctor you are obviously desperate, right? I attended at 9:50pm last night and was refused entry even after explaining I had a 7 month old with a high grade fever. I was told by the receptionist ‘a hospital was my best bet!’ She didn’t even offer some decent service and ask a doctor if they COULD see him. Thanks for nothing! Maybe stipulate on your website that no new admissions after 9:45 or something along those lines! After 5.5 hours at the hospital it wasn’t my best bet but thanks for for the assumption.
