I've been here a few times over the course of a year and the reception staff have been rude EVERY time. The wait times are long if you want to see a specific doctor, otherwise, be prepared to have anybody. I'd really only recommend this place for minor colds and illnesses if your regular GP is too full and you need to be seen by a doctor (any doctor).
