I have never been talked to so rudely. Asked for directions and they said they were not allowed to help . he then said to take directions with my GPS told him I just needed a starting point. He hung up on me. Call back to speak to ownerTOLD BY EMPLOYEE THAT WOULD NEVER happen AND HUNG UP ON AGAIN. SO WENT TO PAWN SHOP ACROSS the street and got my ladder there. Cash Pawn is horrible. do not go there
