If people sell them broken items or things that do not work they resale it to you and tell you that you cant exchange it....didnt even want my money back just an exchange n still was told they wasn't suppose to do that but why? When it wasnt working i should be able to exchange or get my money back (if there is no replacement item) but hey, that's my last visit n i been there 3 times 2 was too return items that didnt work, n 1 time was store credit after the first item didn't work

Gun prices are stupidly high. Used prices: NEF Topper 12ga $170, rusty Rem 700ML $270!, piece-of-junk Spanish double barrel 12ga $400. Waste of time.

Me and my boyfriend purchased an ac unit here and when I called to tell him that the ac unit isn’t blowing cold air he tells me that they let us test it in store and we accepted it’s condition. As I tried to explain to him you can’t feel how cold a unit will get in the matter of a few minutes. The unit blew cool and we figured it ment it worked! Upon installing it we noticed that dang it is hot in here. So later that night we opened our windows and used our box fan to cool off the apt to help the ac unit after that we shut the doors to that room and windows in the house and the room never got cold it actually got hotter than the rest of the house with just a box fan! The guy claiming to be general manager said he would exchange it for another unit and honestly don’t know if I want to trust him! Do I need to test the ac unit for 20+ mins to see if it is actually cold? And that they only have a two exchange policy and I bought it in a Saturday and they aren’t open on Sunday so disappointed I don’t have a lot of money and my bf works in the heat all day and all we wanted was a working ac!!!Update: being the place wants to twist my review I stated it blew cool not cold and I also stated that we closed the doors to the room we wanted to cool and opened the windows in the other 2 rooms being outside was cooler than the ac was kicking out. I also stated that after installing we noticed how hot it was in the room and than was when we opened the windows. Being you want to mock me I def will not come back and def will tell everyone about your lack of caring about the products you carry. Being such a small unit we gave it few hours to cool off one room and consider the fact my entire apt is only 350sq feet!! So thank you for showing your lack of professionalism by mocking me and two twisting my words maybe you should reread my post being you obviously can't read!! As far as Two day return so being I work everyday but sat and wens it is unlikely to return today before the day is out.

The man listened to us and was very helpful and courteous and even gave us a deal also helped us load our a/c unit. I have never been talked to so rudely. Asked for directions and they said they were not allowed to help . he then said to take directions with my GPS told him I just needed a starting point. He hung up on me. Call back to speak to ownerTOLD BY EMPLOYEE THAT WOULD NEVER happen AND HUNG UP ON AGAIN. SO WENT TO PAWN SHOP ACROSS the street and got my ladder there. Cash Pawn is horrible. do not go there

Was told I had purchased a smart tv and it wasn’t. When I tried return he said “my bad” and did nothing about it. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING! HE IS RUDE AND HAS A I DONT CARE ATTITUDE! They just selling stuff! Ur better off picking items out the dumpster in the back of the business 😡😡😡😡😡The employee there called u and u said even if I had the receipt u would do nothing! And who is Rude on reviews??? I also explained to him that we had a tech come out and check the internet, that was the delay! I think ur response shows what kinda business ur running.. smh
