Feedback:

Staff are rude. If you take a second hand item and you suggest a price they do not negotiate professionally, they'll laugh at you or say that you are lying about its original price or how long you have had it. Why don't they google the product to confirm the selling price? Staff need to be trained in customer service to at least learn the phrase "sorry mam, we are not interested" instead of "hahaha no"
