Bad service.. sold my fishing rods and reels.asked if he (person that helped me) takes fishing tackle box complete. He said no, since they have to many. When looking around in the store there was not 1 available. When I asked him where the tackle boxes at. I was told in the store room.asked if he can bring me one he change the subject to say he dont need to take the the fisjing rods and reels. Bad service bad attitude towards customers, and lie on top off it. like he was doing me a favour. Branch @ the Village

The staff are not helpful at all. They are down right thieves. I was trying to make arrangements with them as I am out of town. I was told to call back the following day just to be told that my items are now in retail and I have to buy it back. This is unacceptable practice and i would like to people to knowvthat these people operate like thieves.

Pretty good stalf . Pretty kind and easy to talk. I bought a guitar there (R700) which is great and in good condition. I love the price and the products. The only thing that don't like is that their is a lack of knowledge about items. Overall I liked my experience.

Problem here is, the buy staff lack product knowledge. The store lacks content... Seems they buy anything as long as they buy it cheap and then try to flog it to people at mad prices.

Staff are rude. If you take a second hand item and you suggest a price they do not negotiate professionally, they'll laugh at you or say that you are lying about its original price or how long you have had it. Why don't they google the product to confirm the selling price? Staff need to be trained in customer service to at least learn the phrase "sorry mam, we are not interested" instead of "hahaha no"
