Absolute disgrace! Went back to get some help with my e-cig not working properly and had the same man who sold me it 3 weeks before (awfully nice when i was buiyng it) roll his eyes at me as soon as i said i got a problem with it. The vape was tasting burnt and it was unbearable even tho he tried it and said it was totally fine and must be my fault for not using it properly! Went straight to another vape shop and as soon as the vendor tried it said it was nasty and unbearable! Stay away from this Runcorn store when it comes to vaping products because u will not get any help or aftercare whatsoever! Rude and horrible Runcorn man and his colleague Jan! Problem got solved in less then 3 mins in another shop after two lovely workers tried it and agreed it tasted awful and nasty when a cash converter member of staff was saying its all perfect laughing in my face! So shocked still! Avoid at all cost Runcorn Halton Shopping City cash converter!
