A staff member from Cash Converters Hyde Park Townsville has discriminated against a family member who has a disability this staff member also has listed a bad mark against that family member who has not broken any law that family member was only reselling what he had bought from a retailer I would not recommend this store or their Kirwan branch this is not the first time that this staff member has done this on several times in the past I have witnessed this staff member treat this family member very disrespectfully after the first time I contacted the manager of both stores regarding these incidences and around staff wearing name tags the manager said it would be dealt with then I find out on several occasions nothing has been done I physically had to go back into that store to find out the identity of the person that's responsible for this without staff wearing name tags as a consumer you do not know who you dealing with which I find very unsettling especially when the same staff member repeatedly discriminates against my family member
