Can find a bargin and plenty to choose from from fish tanks to tools and appliances but lf you want to sell your wares they wont give you much for your item but lf you dont mind this at least you can get cash for your preloved goods

A staff member from Cash Converters Hyde Park Townsville has discriminated against a family member who has a disability this staff member also has listed a bad mark against that family member who has not broken any law that family member was only reselling what he had bought from a retailer I would not recommend this store or their Kirwan branch this is not the first time that this staff member has done this on several times in the past I have witnessed this staff member treat this family member very disrespectfully after the first time I contacted the manager of both stores regarding these incidences and around staff wearing name tags the manager said it would be dealt with then I find out on several occasions nothing has been done I physically had to go back into that store to find out the identity of the person that's responsible for this without staff wearing name tags as a consumer you do not know who you dealing with which I find very unsettling especially when the same staff member repeatedly discriminates against my family member

Buys and loans section is horrible. Who's next in line? People standing over people, pushing in ect. Stunk like sweat and body odour really bad. Obviously nothing is wiped down/cleaned. Slow service. Workers with neck tats? Nice and trashy.Horrible place, try gumtree/Facebook for ninstead
