They sold me a tablet they claimed to be worth over $1,000 original price for $400. After getting home I tried installing apps on the tablet but not a single app would download so I tried to look up a solution online. When I googled the tablet's brand I found out that it is only worth $290 original price. So not only is it not working, they also scammed me. I went back and tried to get a refund because their policy mentions that if a product is wrongly described or broken they will give a refund. The lady af the counter refused and started yelling at me (yes literally yelling) saying that I cant get a refund just becaude I've decided that I no longer like what I bought. I asked if I could speak to the man that sold it to me and she refused saying I could stand there all day and I still wouldnt get a refund. I said I just might and she said "good I'll get the vacuum out" and started laughing. I also forgot to mention buying the new tablet (the one costing $290) came with accessories such as a keyboard, and mine did not. I showed them their online store selling exactly the same product with accessories for only $120 and she still refused to give me a refund. I have been scammed by this cash converters and made fun off. I have made a complaint to their head office with no reply. AVOID THIS PLACE.
