Went into the store to purchase some dvds for the weekend. There were two older bigger American ladies going through the dvds making piles. Obviously re sellers, would not let me get in to have a look. I told a staff member and they did nothing. Sadly to say I left empty handed and will not go back..

They sell televisions without power cables, no way to test it.. who wants to buy a second hand television, you don’t even know if it is working and you need a specific power cable at more than $50.

Had me waiting an hour to get an advance served someone while I had to make a minute change my banking info, finally got to the end of the advance and she noticed my license was expired even though she checked it when I first came in. Do your job right

They sold me a tablet they claimed to be worth over $1,000 original price for $400. After getting home I tried installing apps on the tablet but not a single app would download so I tried to look up a solution online. When I googled the tablet's brand I found out that it is only worth $290 original price. So not only is it not working, they also scammed me. I went back and tried to get a refund because their policy mentions that if a product is wrongly described or broken they will give a refund. The lady af the counter refused and started yelling at me (yes literally yelling) saying that I cant get a refund just becaude I've decided that I no longer like what I bought. I asked if I could speak to the man that sold it to me and she refused saying I could stand there all day and I still wouldnt get a refund. I said I just might and she said "good I'll get the vacuum out" and started laughing. I also forgot to mention buying the new tablet (the one costing $290) came with accessories such as a keyboard, and mine did not. I showed them their online store selling exactly the same product with accessories for only $120 and she still refused to give me a refund. I have been scammed by this cash converters and made fun off. I have made a complaint to their head office with no reply. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Michael from buy sections was the worst dealer. Refused to negotiate. Immediately say my 4g touch screen modem is worth $5. I go to other cash converters was $15. He refused to negotiate. Poor customer service. Please go to other cash converter as they had better service!
