Maybe this place was a great place before. The staff greeted when we came in and offered help. Good, that is how it is supposed to be. After spending some time in the shop, I noticed there is a wide variety of goods to buy. Some of the stuff is in really bad condition. For example, your PSP consoles are in various conditions.. Some does not even look like they should be on sale for the state they are in. And you have so many? Does it not sell? Same for the notepads & gaming consoles, so many. Either you are pricing them too high or you simply do not have a market for them. Why not exchange with another Cash Converters branch if you have too many of an item? Not sure if you are allowed to do an exchange between branches?When I finally decided to buy 2 PlayStation game discs, I waited at the counter for longer than I should. Staff were just looking at me, waiting for each other to help me. Worst part is that after a long search through their discs they told me they cannot find either one of the game discs? Wow, what a disappointment!! I want to spend the money but the staff through their incompetence prevented me from spending a cent in this shop. Do not put something on sale that cannot be sold. The shop was not that busy. Some of the staff can go through the discs to match the case with the disc. Remove the empty cases from the shelf. This shop should re-think it's strategy. Change your music to something everyone can listen to. The music should be for the customers and not for yourselves. There is no point in keeping so many of the same thing if it does not sell. Buyers should offer a lot less on these items, especially if it is outdated consoles. Mark them down and get them out. Become the bargain store again. It is all about stock-turn. It is like your business is stagnating. This is not the Cash Converters we used to know. You can do better.
