Literally watched an employee named ‘Jesse’ - a young boy with earrings - go and have a 15 minute cigarette break, then go and get a drink from McDonald’s down the road whilst there were 5+ customers waiting to be served. Not even a ‘sorry for the wait’ when he finally waltzed back into the store. All other employees working were extremely rude and blunt as well. Just an overall horrible experience and I won’t be going back.
