*** LOCAL GUIDE - LOYAL CASH CONVERTERS CUSTOMER - A REVIEW YOU CAN TRUST ***Never walked in to the store, but webshop has always came across professional until they told me they couldn't move on the item, but sold it to someone else for cheaper. In effect the item wouldn't have been on webshop if I didn't ask about it, I emailed asking for management to contact me and instead the webshop shoots me back a message, I don't recommend this store. Try Logan Central, Wynum or Moorooka Webshops they have their game on point and profession or Robina even.

Call them and nobody answered but took the time to hang up quite rudely in my ear Tried a 2nd time and same thing.i live quite a distance away and would have travelled to buy from them if they had what I wanted.Will never deal with them again

Great Service from Dylan when trading items in very fast and fair with the load we had to trade. Also to Josh and the female customer service officer made us feel very welcome. Will be back the best Cash converters store we have been to to date.

Literally watched an employee named ‘Jesse’ - a young boy with earrings - go and have a 15 minute cigarette break, then go and get a drink from McDonald’s down the road whilst there were 5+ customers waiting to be served. Not even a ‘sorry for the wait’ when he finally waltzed back into the store. All other employees working were extremely rude and blunt as well. Just an overall horrible experience and I won’t be going back.

My husband and myself the Goodna store to pick up a BBQ that was held for us. We were greeted and treated with decency. We negotiated little more and I am truly satisfied! The items we purchased are fantastic and got for a great price! Thankyou to Katy and Billy for your help, wonderful experience will definitely return.

Staff here and mostly very rude, there's a handfull of nice people but the rest are rude, pushy and just generally ignorant, overall a rip off. Buy stock at less than a quarter price then resell at +80% value. Also will make any excuse to devalue and item you try and sell or pawn.
