Client Review on Payment Vision

Customer service is unpleasant. They send you texts saying they want to help. Nothing could be further from the truth. I made my payment on time but received a text saying to call them they want to help. I call and because I paid ONLINE after 6, which I guess is when they close, they wanted $12 late fee. Nothing says I had to pay by 6 in my paperwork. They're constantly looking for ways to charge you extra money. This is my last purchase through Shelor if I have to go through these people!!!
