Four stars for decent service and quick solutions. Yes, there might be a phone loop and a five minute wait. Get over it. ;)My two issues were PIN related and my fault: forgetting it due to lack of necessity/use. I could have waited to get it in the mail, but fortunately there was the option of picking it up in person the very next day! Service on the phone and in person was friendly, helpful and able to answer what questions I had on the subject.Unless they start handing out cocktails, I don't see much room for improvement there.What could be improved are the confusing hompage and the answer time to emails. Mine took 3 days, but that's acceptable. I can always call in when it's urgent and I can spare 10 minutes to reach out and talk to someone.I was confused why I had to register again for "complete card secure" when I thought I had already registered for "verified by visa" and "3D secure". The instructional video on the homepage would not load for me.BUT: this is a setup process that needs to be done exactly once. Whereas I use the card regularly for payments and never really had an issue. Once in Georgia I would have needed my PIN, but that's to be expected.Long story short: get your stuff in order a week before you go somewhere and check payment options, etc. so you are not stuck with needing things TOMORROW OR ELSE!(!!)... though I got my codes the day after my call. Twice. ;)
